L'annonce est tombé aujourd'hui par les organisateur des 3d masters :

We are now able to announce dates for 3D Masters 2013. Sincere thanks to The Team for all their help.
In line with our established policy of constantly improving the 3D Masters venue and format, we will be using a brand new site for 2013 with real and exciting wet weather contingency capability. The venue remains within the Netherlands, and as always has excellent communications, infrastructure and an exciting and challenging flying terrain to test the World’s Top Pilots.

The dates are now secured for the weekend of 19, 20 and 21 July 2013 and we are very excited indeed by the plans we have made for taking 3D Masters Onwards and Upwards.

New Location for 3D Masters 2013

We are pleased to confirm that 3D Masters 2013 will be held at Kronenberg, near Venlo, on the 19th, 20th and 21st July 2013. The location has easy and convenient communications from all over Europe, sits close to the Dutch/German border and is within easy reach distance for International Airports in Amsterdam, Cologne, Dusseldorf, and Paris. Accommodation is available at all levels, with campsites, bungalow parks, bed-and breakfast and hotels all readily available within the local area and easy reach of the flying field.

The new site will bring 3D Masters back to a grass flying area with a more intimate feel and also has the benefit of a large indoor arena, which will be used for a pioneering 3D Indoor Competition. Recognising the importance of modern miniature helicopters, the Arena will also be available for Sponsors to demonstrate indoor machines throughout the period of the event. As pioneered in 2012, we will also provide live Internet streaming.

The hosts will be the Jupiter Flying Club, who have hosted the very successful 2010, 2011 and 2012 3D Masters events. Walter Robijns, Chairman of the Jupiter Club said “The entire Jupiter Club has found the hosting of 3D Masters a very exciting and entertaining experience. While it was hard work all round, we are delighted to be hosts to the biggest 3D Competition and the most talented 3D stars in the World. We will of course be making our flying field available to 3D Masters Entrants prior to the event as usual.

3D Masters 2013 will retain the format of previous years with the 3 disciplines of Set Manoeuvres, Freestyle and Flight to Music ensuring that the winners in the Experts and Masters categories will have truly earned their accolades. The extremely successful Synchro Competition pioneered in 2009 will be repeated, with entry for 2013 open to a larger number of participants, and of course the Demonstration, Evening and Night Flying will again help to create the fantastic atmosphere for which the event has become internationally renowned.
